We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to build and lead our engineering function — this is a role focused on leadership, structure and accountability rather than day-to-day design work.You'll take ownership of engineering standards, workload visibility, and the utilisation of both onshore and offshore resources, while ensuring drawings, technical documentation and ERP data stay consistent and reliable across the business.What You'll Be DoingLeading, mentoring and developing a team of engineers, a senior engineer, drafters and external engineering partnersProviding technical oversight and coordinating engineering checking and verificationEstablishing and maintaining engineering standards, templates and change control processesManaging engineering workload and priorities across onshore and offshore resourcesSupporting sales, operations and site teams with technical and applications engineering inputDocumenting and improving point cloud, 3D scanning and design workflowsAttending customer sites and supporting technically driven opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForBackground in bulk materials handling, manufacturing,
