Optimum Health Solutions is seeking a Discipline Area Manager to join our collaborative leadership team and play a key role in developing, supporting and empowering clinicians across our growing Behaviour Support division.This newly created position offers the prospect to combine leadership, mentoring and strategic workforce development while maintaining a clinical caseload and remaining connected to client outcomes.With more than 20 years of Allied Health excellence, 14 clinics across NSW and Tasmania, and a team of more than 200 professionals, Optimum Health Solutions continues to invest in clinical leadership and career development.About The RoleAs Discipline Area Manager, you will partner with operational and clinical leaders to ensure clinicians are supported, developed and empowered to deliver exceptional client outcomes while achieving performance expectations.This Role Is Built Around Four Key Leadership PillarsClinical Leadership & PerformanceDrive accountability to KPIs, billable expectations and clinical standardsSupport clinicians to deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support servicesEnsure compliance with organisational policies and best-practice frameworksTeam DevelopmentDevelop tailored career development plans for cliniciansSupport caseload growth and professional progressionProvide coaching, mentoring and performance feedbackStaff Engagement & RetentionFoster a positive,



supportive and inclusive team cultureDrive initiatives that improve employee engagement and retentionPromote clinician wellbeing and professional satisfactionClinical PracticeMaintain a clinical caseload of approximately 21 billable hours per weekLead by example through high-quality service deliverySupport complex clinical presentations when requiredAbout YouYou are a confident and collaborative leader who enjoys helping clinicians succeed while maintaining high standards of care.You Will BringMinimum 4 years of Behaviour Support or Allied Health clinical experienceProven ability to achieve and exceed performance expectationsStrong leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilityExperience supporting clinician development and performance improvementStrong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS frameworksExcellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to balance leadership responsibilities with a clinical caseloadEssential RequirementsMinimum Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner registrationCurrent driver's licence and access to a vehicleNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid and CPR certificationNational Police CheckMedicare Provider Number (or eligibility to obtain)Ability to travel across multiple locations as requiredWhy Join Optimum Health Solutions?
