The people here have real project histories and the work reflects it.About The OpportunityWe're looking for a Project Manager with a strong track record delivering jacket and topsides field development projects, and hands-on experience with jackup rig interface and marine operations.You'll take ownership of project delivery across a mix of jacket and topsides scopes on field development and wellhead platform projects — working directly with clients and rig owners to plan and execute marine operations safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Your involvement will span the full project lifecycle, including support of study phase scopes of work, not just detailed design and execution.This is a hands-on delivery role, not an oversight function: you'll be expected to solve problems in real time, not escalate them.Your Accountabilities Will IncludeLeading project delivery on jacket and topsides scopes for field development and wellhead platform projects, from planning through to execution and close-outSupporting study phase scopes of work — concept selection, feasibility,



and early planning — ahead of detailed design and executionManaging jackup rig interface and marine operations planning across offshore campaignsWorking autonomously to develop practical solutions to complex engineering and logistics problemsEnsuring full compliance with ICON's site HSE requirementsAchieving project KPIs for scope, schedule, cost, and qualityLeading and developing project teams across multi-discipline scopesManaging client and rig owner relationships to build repeat businessContributing to cost estimating and tender/proposal preparation for future field development workAbout YouQualificationsYou hold tertiary qualifications in an engineering field, with 10+ years' experience in the oil and gas or offshore sector.
Your experience spans project management, offshore engineering, rig operations, and marine operations planning.
