The role focuses on identifying, assessing and executing acquisitions, divestments and strategic investments to grow shareholder value.Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development and mentoring a small team, you will own transactions from initial prospect through to completion, working across multiple live projects and coordinating advisers and internal teams.
