Operating across 42 locations, Sylvanvale is committed to creating safe, supportive environments for both the people it supports and its employees.The OpportunityReporting to the Manager, Workplace Health & Safety, you will coordinate injury management, workers compensation and return to work activities across Sylvanvale.Managing approximately ***** active claims at any one time, you will work closely with managers, support workers, payroll and external stakeholders to support positive and sustainable return to work outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate workers compensation claims and return to work activitiesDevelop return to work plans and suitable duties arrangementsWork with site managers to identify appropriate duties and locations for returning employeesMaintain claims documentation,



reporting and the return to work registerPartner with payroll on workers compensation requirementsPrepare monthly workers compensation reportingDeliver WHS and injury management training to managers and frontline employeesUndertake regular site visits and support broader WHS initiativesAbout YouYou will be highly organised, confident working with people at all levels and comfortable balancing claims administration with hands-on stakeholder engagement.You will ideally bring:3–4+ years' experience across WHS, injury management or workers compensationExperience managing return to work and workers compensation processesStrong organisation, documentation and stakeholder management skillsConfidence delivering training to managers and frontline teamsExperience in disability, healthcare, aged care or community services is highly regardedRelevant WHS or Return to Work certification is advantageous but not essentialWhat's on OfferFull-time or 4 days per weekSutherland Head Office with one WFH day following probationRegular exposure across Sylvanvale's 42 sitesCompany vehicle access or reimbursement for work-related travelStrong learning and development working directly alongside the WHS ManagerSupportive, purpose-driven disability services environmentThe Orchard Talent Group acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work.
