This includes ensuring accurate annual fleet plans, ensuring optimal fleet revenue performance and effective fleet forecasting.ResponsibilitiesRevenue Management including managing and improving the operational and revenue performance of operations and fleet department, identifying competitive rate strategies to increase market share.Monitor levels of customer service and continually identify and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.Work in collaboration with Fleet Distribution Manager and Locations to ensure fleet demands are met.Manage fleet utilisation, distribution, shuttling, workshop coordination, and asset optimisation.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external shareholdersLead and motive the team,



create and maintain a healthy team culture and reward systemManage and control costs relevant to operations in accordance with the budgetEnsuring that health, safety and environment legal requirements are met, the policies and procedures are followed.Actioning safety reports, conducting workplace inspections and participating in incident investigations.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in field operations and fleet management, particularly in a transportation related field demonstrating capability in all core fields: Customer Service; Sales, Logistics, Finance with a proven track record.Demonstrated understanding & use of the Customer Service and Sales ProcessExperience in supervisory or leadership roleExperience within the car rental industry is highly regardedExperience in coaching employees is highly regardedCommercial acumen with proven ability to maximise sales and location performance, minimise business costs and work towards achieving strategic goalsThe ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously across multiple sitesHigh level of attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesThe ability to analyse processes and information,
