AVID Property Group on the Gold Coast or Brisbane CBD is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. You will estimate costs for built form housing projects, review plans, and ensure timely reporting.
The role requires at least seven years in a similar role and a solid knowledge of building regulations. Knowledge of Databuild, Bluebeam, and other estimating tools is advantageous; a trade certificate is desirable. We offer learning platform access and an EAP program.
