What you will do:

Manage a caseload of complex cases within a busy Community Mental Health Team, using your expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored care plans for adults with varying mental health needs.
n
Contribute to the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) discussions and duties, collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
n
Support junior staff and students, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages growth and development for new team members.
n
Provide evidence-based interventions and psychological therapies to support the mental health recovery journey of service users.
n
Adapt to the unique demands of community mental health work, making home visits and liaising with other services to ensure continuity of care.
