About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Brausse Glue Machine Operator to join our production team on the afternoon shift at the Opal Specialty Packaging Site in Orchard Hills, NSW.
n
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining our Brausse folder-gluer machines to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Brausse folding and gluing machines.
n
Run a variety of carton styles, including straightline, 4-point, and crash lock.
n
Monitor product quality continuously throughout production runs to ensure customer specifications are met.
n
Perform regular machine maintenance, glue system cleanups, and basic troubleshooting.
n




Work efficiently to meet daily production targets while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
n

Qualifications & Skills
n
n
Proven experience operating folder-gluing equipment (Brausse experience highly regarded).
n
Demonstrated expertise in setting up and running straightline, 4-point, and crash lock folding cartons.
n
Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
n
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality output.
n
Ability to work independently during afternoon hours and manage time effectively.
n

Hours & Schedule
n
n
Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
n
Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
