We are currently seeking experienced an
OccupationalTherapist
to provide support to our residents atBethanieFields, Dalyellup and Elanora.
n
This role is offered on aCasualBasis.
n
Renumeration: $***** - $***** per hour + Casual Loading.
n
The Role
n
n
Complete therapy assessments and respond to clinicalreferrals.
n
Plan and implement individual or group
therapeuticactivities,
whilst working with an interdisciplinary team tomaintain an effective referral system and coordinate
therapyimplementation.
n
Direct and coordinate Therapy Assistants.
n
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and
informationsystems.
n
Contribute to a multidisciplinary program of
continuousimprovement.
n
Incorporate aged care quality standards into allservices.
n
Synthesise information, through observation and
writtendocumentation,
to provide recommendations that are
relationshipcentred
and informed by evidence based best practice.
n
Undertake a range of assessments that help to understandthe holistic experience of the person.

About You
n
n
Current full, unrestricted registration with the AustralianHealth Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as anOccupational Therapist.
n
Relevant experience in an aged care setting orsupporting people living with dementia is an advantage.
n
Be relatable and able to share knowledge in a way thatsupports change at all levels.
n
High level of negotiation, communication and
relationshipbuilding
skills.
n
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
n
Able to manage a complex workload and adapt to fastchanging priorities and environments.
n
Demonstrates effective communication, strong verbal andwritten skills, and interpersonal skills.
n
Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations.
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
