You'll assess moderate to complex risks, collaborate with underwriting and broker relationship teams, and build strong broker partnerships through regular communication and site visits.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
The role offers hybrid work arrangements however you must be able to be in our Sydney office a minimum of 5 days a fortnight.What You'll DoUnderwrite new business and renewal submissions for motor fleet policiesAssess moderate to complex risks to ensure accurate and competitive pricingManage a portfolio of brokers and maintain solid, professional relationshipsCollaborate with underwriting and broker relationship teams to deliver strategic outcomesConduct regular broker communications and site visits to strengthen partnershipsIdentify opportunities to improve underwriting processes and service deliveryWhat You'll BringStrong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to build and maintain broker relationshipsCurrent knowledge of insurance products and industry trendsSolid technical underwriting and problem-solving capabilitiesClear and confident written and verbal communication skills,
