What you'll do:
Engage with potential leads to assess their interest and eligibility for property investmentUse market research and data to identify high-potential prospectsCommunicate effectively to understand clients' investment goals and preferencesPresent tailored investment opportunities and explain their benefitsConduct market analysis to identify trends, risks,
and opportunities within Australian real estateCollaborate with landowners, builders, and stakeholders to negotiate favourable termsBuild and maintain solid relationships across the industryPrepare and manage documentation during the pre-contract stageAssist in reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
What you'll need:
MUST have experience in property analysis, market research, or real estate investmentStrong negotiation and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret market dataAbility to build relationships and trust with clients and stakeholdersHigh level of organisation and attention to detailConfidence in managing the end-to-end property investment process
