Maintenance Plumber - Operations ManagerWe're looking for an experienced Plumbing Operations Manager to take the lead across a busy and established maintenance team.This is a great prospect for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day operations, people and performance of a maintenance division.The RoleAs Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring the business continues to deliver a high level of service to its customers.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and supporting a team of experienced maintenance plumbersOverseeing day-to-day operations and workflowCoordinating jobs, resources and schedulingSupporting technicians and ensuring jobs are completed efficientlyManaging team performance and productivityMaintaining strong customer relationshipsEnsuring high standards of workmanship, safety and complianceIdentifying opportunities to improve systems,
