This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on B2B sales within the cabinet joinery industry.You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline while maintaining consistent engagement with head office.Responsibilities include:Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the cabinet joinery sectorDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunitiesMaintaining an in-depth knowledge of product ranges and value propositionDrive B2B sales through a combination of F2F + TeleSales effortsConduct regular client visits across Adelaide and regional South AustraliaAttend head office once per monthTrack and manage all sales activity via CRM (NetSuite)Identify market opportunities and provide insights back to the businessDeliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationshipsThe Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally within cabinet joinery, building products, or related industries)Robust account management and business development skillsAbility to build and maintain a healthy sales pipelineConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and able to work autonomously while on the roadExperience using CRM systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded)Strong organisational and reporting skillsThe Offer$120K salary + SuperannuationGenerous companywide profit-based bonus schemeCompany vehicle providedSupportive, family-owned business cultureOpportunity to grow and develop within the companyA role that offers autonomy and career progressionPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
