About Snowy River CaravansJoin one of Australia and New Zealand's fastest growing caravan manufacturers, Snowy River Caravans, as our current Social Media & Paid Campaign Specialist.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving both performance marketing and social storytelling across our national and dealer networks.This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative and analytical, bringing campaigns to life online while tracking every click, conversion, and comment.
You will manage the balance between paid performance and community growth, ensuring our brand presence, ambassador stories, national campaigns and events reach the right audiences at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Social Campaign ManagementPlan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and YouTube in collaboration with our media partner, Retain MediaManage and monitor advertising spend across OEM and dealer campaigns, ensuring budgets are effectively allocated, optimised and controlled against agreed objectivesMonitor campaign performance, including audience targeting, creative effectiveness, lead generation and conversion performance, and proactively identify opportunities for improvementConduct audience testing, creative performance analysis and A/B testing to continually improve campaign performance and ROIWork closely with our media agency to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time and aligned with the wider marketing calendarDeliver monthly paid campaign reports with clear insights, highlighting performance, budget utilisation, trends and recommendations.
Social Media Management & CommunityManage OEM and dealer social media accounts, ensuring national marketing campaigns, product launches,



promotions and key brand activities are consistently represented across the network.Actively manage our online communities by responding to comments, messages and customer interactions while encouraging positive and engaging conversationsIdentify opportunities to turn social media engagement and enquiries into qualified leads and ensure they are directed to the appropriate sales or dealership teamsCoordinate content from ambassadors, influencers and partners to ensure it aligns with the OEM social media calendar and wider marketing strategy.Stay across emerging social media trends, platform updates and content formats, proactively bringing new ideas and opportunities to the Marketing Team.
Content & Event ActivationTake an active role in creating engaging social content across events, product launches, photoshoots, dealership activations and other key brand activitiesCapture and publish behind the scenes content, short form video, interviews, stories and real time event coverage that brings the Snowy River brand to lifeBe comfortable and confident appearing on camera, whether presenting content, interviewing ambassadors, customers or partners, or creating engaging social first videosConfidently represent Snowy River Caravans at events, including MC duties, live presentations, interviews and audience engagement when requiredProactively identify content opportunities at events rather than simply waiting for a content brief, turning what is happening around you into relevant and engaging social content.
Analytics & Brand VoiceTrack and interpret paid and organic social media performance to identify growth opportunities across all channelsProvide monthly paid and organic social media reporting with meaningful insights and actionable recommendationsContribute strategic insights that help shape future campaigns,



content and social media directionMaintain a consistent, engaging and adventurous brand voice across every platform and customer touchpoint.About YouYou have strong hands-on experience managing paid digital and social media campaigns, particularly through Meta Ads Manager, with experience across TikTok, YouTube or Google Ads highly regardedYou understand more than just how to launch an ad.
You are comfortable working with campaign budgets, audiences, leads, conversions, creative performance and ROIYou are highly active in the social media space and naturally keep up with emerging trends, platforms, content styles and opportunities.You are a natural storyteller with an eye for content that people actually want to watch, share and engage with.You are confident in front of the camera and comfortable creating social content, conducting interviews and representing the brand publiclyYou are comfortable engaging with live audiences and taking on MC or presenting responsibilities at events when requiredYou are proactive and full of ideas.
