Salesforce Marketing Cloud AdministratorAustralian Citizenship is mandatoryThis is a hands‐on role suited to someone with strong experience across Marketing Cloud administration, marketing automation, data management and campaign execution, who can work across both the technical and operational sides of the platform.Responsibilities:Administer and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, including data management and cleansingCreate and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, list management and A/B testingDevelop and implement marketing automation workflows and customer journeysDesign and manage Data Extensions and associated data structuresSupport integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service CloudWork with Salesforce CRM campaigns and understand how these operate across Marketing Cloud and the wider Salesforce platformMonitor campaign performance,
analyse results and provide actionable insightsMaintain documentation covering Marketing Cloud configuration and operational processesCollaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure Marketing Cloud integrates effectively with other systems and processesProvide end‐user support, troubleshooting and trainingStay across recent Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality and identify opportunities for platform improvementsWe're looking for someone who can demonstrate:1–3 years' experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementationStrong experience across email marketing, marketing automation and data managementA solid understanding of CRM processes and SalesforceHands‐on capability with SQL, AMPscript and HTML/CSSStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into meaningful insightsSalesforce Marketing Cloud certificationExperience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud would be highly regardedExperience integrating external data sources with Marketing Cloud is desirableA relevant degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related discipline is also desirable.
