A newly created Commercial Finance Lead role, with genuine influence over commercial reporting, insights and strategy across a diversified portfolio. You'll work closely with senior leadership and business unit heads, with real input into how the business understands and improves its performance.

What you'll do
n
n
Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting across a multi-entity portfolio, and find better ways to deliver it
n
Work alongside business unit leaders to unpack what's driving performance, test their thinking, and help steer decisions across the group
n
Bring a strategic lens to P&A; performance, surfacing risk and opportunity through scenario planning and sensitivity work
n
Contribute to how the group's assets are valued, including analysis that supports banking and funding conversations
n
Get involved in treasury matters,



including debt facilities and the reporting that comes with them
n
Help inform how the group thinks about capital allocation and funding, including the modelling that sits behind those decisions
n
Strengthen the group's forecasting and budgeting muscle so it can keep pace with a growing, multi-faceted business
n
Champion smarter ways of working, including practical use of AI to sharpen reporting and insight
n
Jump into ad hoc projects and analysis as business priorities evolve
n
n
About you
n
n
CA/CPA qualified, with 10+ years' relevant experience
n
Background in listed or private property businesses is essential
n
Robust FP&A; experience, ideally gained across a diversified or multi-entity structure
n
Comfortable getting into the weeds of a P&A; to explain the real story behind the numbers
n
Has led and developed people before
n
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and owners
n
