We're looking for a hands‐on AI/ML Engineering Team Leader to join a growing Australian industrial intelligence business working across water, wastewater and manufacturing.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the technology environment across industrial IoT, edge computing, SCADA/OT, Azure cloud and applied AI/ML (Predictive Analytics), while leading a small team.
What you'll be doing
Own architecture from sensors and edge devices through to cloud, software and AILead development and deployment of industrial IoT and edge solutionsWork with SCADA, plant data, sensors,



telemetry and industrial integrationsDrive AI/ML, predictive analytics, anomaly detection and agentic AI capabilitiesOversee Azure/cloud and software integrationLead and mentor engineers while remaining technically hands‐onWork directly with the CEO on product and technology strategySupport expansion into the UK and US
What we're looking for
Robust Industrial IoT, OT, SCADA, automation or edge computing experienceAI/ML and predictive analyticsExperience with industrial hardware, sensors and plant environmentsAzure/cloud and software integration experienceStrong technical ownership and stakeholder communication skills
