You will visit incarcerated clients, run group sessions, and support home visits and outbound outreach to communities up to ****km away.The role requires a relevant degree and demonstrated experience with Aboriginal communities, with a solid emphasis on collaboration with service partners and the Program Manager to plan, implement and evaluate re-entry services.
