Your OpportunityWe're looking for a Contracts Officer to join our collaborative Contracts Team.
In this role, you'll work closely with Sales, Pricing, Legal and key business stakeholders to review, negotiate and manage customer and supplier agreements, ensuring contracts are commercially sound while protecting the business.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with legal, commercial, procurement or contract management experience who enjoys problem-solving, influencing stakeholders and making a real impact on business outcomes.What You'll Be Doing:Review, negotiate and manage customer and supplier contractsIdentify contractual risks and work with stakeholders to develop practical solutionsSupport the Sales Team with contract negotiations and providing guidance on preferred commercial positionsFacilitate contract approvals and endorsements in line with company policiesMaintain and manage contract records and databasesPartner with Pricing Teams to assess the commercial viability of recent agreements and renewalsCollaborate with insurance and legal stakeholders to understand and mitigate business risksSupport complex tenders and negotiations to help drive positive commercial outcomesWhat We're Looking For:Experience in legal, commercial, procurement or contract management environmentsStrong understanding of contract review and negotiation practicesThe ability to identify business risks and communicate recommendations effectivelyStrong commercial acumen and attention to detailConfidence in influencing,
