pay increments, calculation of back pays, termination calculations, salary packaging deductions,
purchase leave etcInterpretation of Award/Agreements and contracts in relation to staff entitlementsAssist with timely processing of month-end tasks including salary and leave accruals and balance sheet reconciliations for relevant payroll accountsAssist the Payroll Manager on taxation matters as requiredProvide high level customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring that all possible measures are taken to respond to their needs and requests in a timely mannerPerform other duties as assigned to enable the organizational goals and targets.The successful applicant will haveExtensive Payroll experience within a medium/large scale business, with an end to end knowledge of payrollExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi task and work within a fast faced environmentStrong numeracy and analytical skills
