Our client based in Northampton are looking to recruit a full time permanent Senior Conveyancer.
This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday ********pm.
(Part Time hours and hybrid working may be considered for this role).
As a Senior Conveyancer you will manage a caseload of property transactions, providing legal advice and services to clients.
Your duties will include :-Managing a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancingProviding legal advice to clients, including advising on the buying and selling processCommunicating with clients in person, by phone, by letter, or by emailYou will prepare and check documents such as sales contracts, title deeds, and Land Registry documentsYou will handle all financial aspects of a transaction, including submitting stamp duty forms and registering documents at the Land RegistryProvide a consistent high level of customer service to clientsComply with all policies and procedures, including AML policiesSalary depending on experience from £60,000 - £75,000, pension, health insurance, generous holiday entitlement and training opportunities.
