From AFL match days to concerts, international sport, major events, functions and precinct experiences, your work helps bring millions of patrons together and deliver memorable moments in the heart of Melbourne.The opportunityAs Premium Systems Coordinator, you will help deliver seamless Premium Membership experiences across the AFL and Marvel Stadium.Based at AFL House in Melbourne and reporting to the Insights & Reporting Lead, you will coordinate the systems, data and operational processes that support ticketing, entitlements, products, programmes and events.
Your work will ensure information is accurate, activities are delivered on time and systems continue to meet business and member needs.What you'll ownYou will coordinate the day-to-day systems and operational activity that brings Premium Membership products and experiences to life.You'll add value through:Coordinating the operational delivery and ongoing administration of Premium Membership products, programmes and eventsMaintaining accurate and current information across membership, ticketing and customer relationship management systemsCoordinating product, event and entitlement set-up for seasonal campaigns, membership programmes and key business initiativesManaging ticketing inventory, customer accounts and entitlement requests, resolving issues or escalating risks promptlySupporting membership renewals and the delivery of benefits and experiences throughout the membership lifecyclePreparing and validating operational data to support reporting, business insights and informed decision-makingSupporting the implementation and testing of new products,



system enhancements and operational processesDeveloping clear process documentation, operational procedures and knowledge resources that enable consistent deliveryCoordinating inputs across teams and communicating requirements, risks and delivery updatesProviding operational support for major events, match-day activities and Premium Membership initiativesIdentifying practical opportunities to improve systems, processes, data quality and the overall member experienceUsing technology and AI to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of workWhat you'll bringExperience coordinating operational activities, programmes or events in a deadline-driven environmentExperience using customer relationship management, ticketing, membership or database systemsA strong understanding of data accuracy, system administration and the careful management of customer informationStrong planning and organisational capability, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver detailed work on timePractical problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues, determine next steps and contribute to process improvementsClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teamsStrong attention to detail and sound judgement when managing ticketing inventory, entitlements and operational dataExperience using Ticketmaster Archtics, Tableau, Confluence, Salesforce or comparable ticketing, reporting and customer management platforms will be highly regardedA collaborative and accountable approach, with the initiative to improve how work is delivered and contribute to a consistent member experienceWhy you'll love being on our teamAt the AFL, you will be part of a values-led team that aims high,
