A key focus for this role is a strong Data & Intelligence mindset, using insights, audience data and performance metrics to shape campaigns and strengthen outcomes.Working closely with senior team members, you'll help shape and deliver integrated campaigns across earned, social, digital and influencer channels, while managing day-to-day delivery and building strong client relationships.
It's a fast-paced role with strong exposure, offering the opportunity to grow your skills across strategy, execution and integrated communications.What You'll DoLead day to day account management,
ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standardSupport the development of campaign strategies, PR plans and content calendarsDrive execution across integrated campaigns spanning earned, social, digital and influencerApply a Data & Intelligence lens to your work, using insights to inform planning, optimise performance and strengthen resultsBuild and nurture relationships with media, influencers and key stakeholdersSupport issues and crisis workstreams, building confidence in navigating sensitive situationsDevelop high quality content including press releases, pitches and social contentUse proprietary AI tools to support content development, research and campaign planning, improving speed and quality of outputsLeverage AI assisted approaches to media monitoring, reporting and performance analysis, helping turn data into sharper insightsManage campaign trackers, reporting and documentation with strong attention to detailMentor and support junior team members, contributing to team capabilityContribute to new business proposals, case studies and organic growth opportunitiesExperience That Contributes To Success4+ years experience in consumer PR or communications, with exposure to corporate work (corpsumer)Experience delivering B2C campaigns, with some exposure to B2BStrong Data & Intelligence capability, with proven experience using insights and performance data to shape campaigns and demonstrate impactExposure to or interest in issues and crisis communicationsFamiliarity with AI tools (e.g. generative AI, AI-powered analytics)
