The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between sales, installers, and operations, setting a high standard for our delivery team.
Taren Point ComplexAdvertised: 11 Sep **** AUS Eastern Standard TimeResponsibilitiesProduce complete solar design packages including panel layouts, SLDs, BOQs, and performance modelingGenerate comprehensive Work Orders for installers including BOM, design guidelines and compliance with AS/NZS ****, ****, and **** standardsConduct system sizing, shading analysis, and ROI calculations based on customer consumption dataPrepare documentation for grid approvals (Ausgrid, Endeavour and Essential Energy)Ensure accurate and complete supporting documentation for order processingThoroughly prepare project documentation in coordination with all stakeholdersDemonstrate independent problem-solving skills in client interactionsDeliver high-level customer service and promptly address queriesProvide technical advice to our representatives, coordinators, installers,



and customer service teamCollaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate sourcing of materialsStay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to incorporate into system designsEvaluate and optimise existing solar installations for improved performance and efficiencyAssist in the development of proposals and technical presentations for client meetingsSupport the sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales process, including customer consultations, site assessments, and solution recommendationsAssist in converting leads to sales by addressing technical queries and providing tailored system solutionsConduct customer needs analysis and recommend appropriate solar and battery systems based on energy consumption, site suitability, and budget requirementsIdentify opportunities to upsell battery storage, EV charging, monitoring solutions, and other value-added productsParticipate in customer meetings, webinars, trade events,
