driving improvements and supporting a high-performing team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day workshop and production operationsEnsure production schedules and project deadlines are achievedDrive quality, compliance and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate workflow across fabrication, electrical and assembly teamsMonitor labour utilisation, production efficiency and productivityManage inventory, material requirements and production resourcesMaintain a strong focus on workplace health and safetyProvide leadership, coaching and accountability to workshop teamsPartner with purchasing, sales and logistics to ensure project successSupport business growth through operational excellence and process improvementAbout YouTo be successful, you will bring:Previous experience in a Production Manager, Workshop Manager or similar leadership roleExperience within manufacturing, automotive, transport, heavy industry or fabrication environmentsStrong leadership and team development skillsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsExcellent planning, scheduling and organisational capabilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsMechanical aptitude and a hands-on approachSound understanding of quality, compliance and safety requirementsAbility to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesAdvantageousForklift LicenceHR LicenceWhat's on Offer?
