The successful applicants will have a sound knowledge of early years schooling and the appropriate pedagogy.
Demonstrated experience in teaching Reception - Year 2 classes would be an advantage.Trinity College is a multi-site, independent, co-educational Anglican College founded in a liberal educational tradition and located in the northern Adelaide region.

Christian environment.To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:Tertiary qualifications in junior school years teachingRegistered to teach in South Australia or be eligible to obtain registrationHave an understanding of and commitment to Christian educationHave the desire and skills to participate in the school's pastoral care programmeBe passionate about understanding how learning occurs and teaching pedagogies suitable for primary aged studentsBe able to respond positively to the pressures of a modern classroomBe able to set high standards for student learning and their own performanceDeal effectively with the administrative detail of the positionAbility to communicate effectively with a wide range of people both verbally and in writingHighly developed interpersonal skills with the necessary cultural sensitivityKnowledge of and a commitment to the principles of equal opportunity and work safetyAll teachers are expected to support the Christian ethos of the College.
