Working within a close-knit and collaborative team, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of matters across commercial litigation, medical negligence, estate disputes, historical abuse and institutional liability, workers' compensation, banking and finance, and construction disputes.This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters for government agencies, major institutions, ASX-listed companies, and private sector clients.
In this role, you will work with a diverse client base including government bodies, ASX-listed companies, financial institutions, and private enterprises.
You will benefit from direct client access and the prospect to collaborate with colleagues across our national network.




You will be involved in:Commercial litigation and dispute resolutionMedical negligence disputesWorkers' compensation mattersBanking and finance disputesConstruction and infrastructure disputesContract disputesEstate mattersRegulatory investigationsAdministrative law and judicial review mattersChild welfare workHistorical abuse and institutional liability claimsInsolvency and debt recoveryEmployment dispute resolutionNative title dispute resolutionTo succeed in this role, ideally you'll have:2+ years PAE within commercial litigation;experience advising and representing clients in high-stakes disputes;exposure to the Northern Territory jurisdiction is desirable but not essential;strong advocacy and negotiation skills; andthe ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team;What we offerUnrivalled career pathways: Our unique meritocracy model proudly offers our staff career development, promoting talent based solely on merit.
