This role operates in a Tier 2/3 workplace with 24x7 or 9-5 roster coverage from the Macquarie Park campus in Sydney.The incumbent will lead technical governance with suppliers, drive incident management automation, and collaborate across networks engineering and managed services to rollout new technologies and improve service reliability.
