Crowne Plaza Geelong is seeking a passionate and hands-on Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our growing team, overseeing the daily operation of Sociali Trattoria & Bar and Verde on Smythe.This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills within one of the world's leading hotel brands, supported by an experienced management team committed to your skilled growth and long-term career development.About The RoleAs our Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will play a key role in leading service delivery across:Sociali Trattoria & Bar, serving buffet breakfast and à la carte lunch and dinner, seven days per weekVerde on Smythe, our vibrant café operating seven days per weekThis position is predominantly focused on breakfast and lunch operations, working Wednesday to Sunday, with the flexibility to support other shifts and food and beverage outlets as required within the management team roster.You will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences, driving team engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both venues.What You'll Be DoingLeading and motivating Food & Beverage teams during serviceEnsuring exceptional guest service standards are delivered consistentlyManaging daily operations, staffing and service flowCoaching, training and developing team membersMaintaining service standards, procedures and brand complianceAssisting with rostering,



stock control and operational planningWorking collaboratively with the broader hotel leadership teamSupporting the achievement of departmental service and financial goalsAbout YouYou are a positive, energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
