Job DescriptionAbout the roleWe are seeking an organised and proactive Warehousing & Materials Officer to join our Asset & Facility Management team at Coppabella.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring maintenance teams have the parts, materials, equipment and tools required to deliver reactive, planned and preventative maintenance across the village.
You will be responsible for managing inventory, freight logistics, stock control, purchasing and warehousing activities while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
Working closely with trades, village management and suppliers, you'll help keep our facilities running efficiently and safely.Key ResponsibilitiesManage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing and tracking stock and materialsCoordinate freight logistics and goods receipting through JDE or similar inventory management systemsRaise, expedite and manage purchase ordersMaintain stock control processes including MIN/MAX inventory levels and stock transactionsPrepare and issue parts, materials and work packs to maintenance personnelCoordinate and record gas transactions, chemical manifests and safety documentationMaintain MSDS registers and ensure hazardous materials are stored safely and compliantlyConduct stocktakes and inventory auditsOperate a forklift safely and maintain the laydown yard to a high standardCoordinate vehicle servicing schedules, tooling registers and plant recordsSupport maintenance teams with materials,
