Most importantly, you're motivated by creating positive experiences and making banking simple and accessible for members.Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage BrokingMinimum two years' lending experienceDemonstrated experience conducting lending assessments and managing loan applicationsStrong knowledge of responsible lending and credit assessment principlesExcellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skillsCommitment to delivering exceptional member experiencesNice to havePrevious experience working within a mutual bank,
