Manage complex property and construction claims from notification through to resolutionProvide high-level claims advice and strategic guidance to major clientsWork across significant losses including construction, ISR, BI and large loss claimsEngage with insurers, loss adjusters, brokers and other key stakeholdersBuild trusted relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholdersDevelop practical, commercially focused solutions to complex claims issuesWhat do you need?
Strong experience across property claims, ideally within construction, ISR, BI or large lossesA strong reputation and established presence within the Australian insurance marketExperience managing complex claims and working with Tier 1/corporate clientsThe maturity and confidence to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholdersA lateral thinker who focuses on solutions rather than simply identifying problemsStrong communication and relationship management skillsExperience within loss adjusting or a senior insurer claims environment will be highly regarded
