you'll also have the opportunity to build your HR capability and become involved across the broader employee lifecycle.Depending on your experience, this could include:Providing practical HR advice to managers and supervisorsEmployee relations and performance managementEmployment contracts and employee changesOnboarding, probation and offboardingPolicies and proceduresWorkplace investigations and disciplinary mattersAward, EBA and Fair Work complianceEmployee engagement and retention initiativesLearning, development and career pathwaysGeneral HR projects and continuous improvementWhat we're looking forYou'll be someone who enjoys pace, variety and working closely with operational teams.Ideally, you'll bring:Strong recruitment experience within civil construction, infrastructure, engineering, trades, labour hire or another blue collar environmentExperience recruiting a mix of blue collar and professional/technical rolesExperience leading, mentoring or coordinating a small teamStrong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skillsThe confidence to build relationships with managers at all levels of the businessA practical and solutions-focused approachStrong organisation skills and the ability to juggle changing prioritiesExperience with platforms such as SEEK, JobAdder and LinkedIn RecruiterHR experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential if you're keen to learnWhy this role?
