This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to both clients and the public.About the RoleReporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the on-site security team, ensuring all contractual, operational and safety requirements are consistently achieved.Key responsibilities include:Leading and coordinating daily security operationsManaging rosters, payroll and team performanceSupporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing trainingEnsuring compliance with site procedures, WHS and emergency protocolsBuilding strong relationships with centre management and key stakeholdersOverseeing incident reporting, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouYou are an experienced security leader who can confidently manage people, maintain robust client relationships and create a positive team culture while delivering operational excellence.To be successful, you'll have:Minimum 3 years' experience in a security supervisory or management roleStrong leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsSound knowledge of crowd management, emergency response and South Australian security legislationCurrent South Australian Security Licence (Security Officer & Crowd Control)Current First Aid and CPR certificationOpen Australian Driver Licence and unrestricted working rightsConfidence using technology and incident management systemsWhy Join Trident?
