(i.e.,) are currently looking for a Producer to join the team and own the day-to-day delivery coordination across our largest retained enterprise account.
This role is designed to be the connective layer between our team, our client, and external partners, turning a rapid-moving, high-volume account into one that runs on clarity rather than reactivity.Research indicates that certain demographic groups, such as women, may be less inclined to apply for a role unless they meet all the job requirements.About the opportunityAs a Producer in our Delivery discipline you will have the opportunity to bring structure and momentum to a busy, high-profile client account.
Your primary role is to own the day to day operational flow of work across our cross functional team, the client and external agency partners, including planning capacity, coordinating delivery and ensuring work lands on time.You'll be someone who sees around corners.
You'll spot potential issues before they become blockers, bring the right people together to resolve them, and create the clarity needed to keep delivery moving.You will sit within a cross-functional team to support with:Capacity planning and tracking, with visibility across who's doing what and what's due whenCoordination between our team, the client, and external agency partners across email, Slack, and TeamsTicket and workflow management, making sure work is logged, briefed, and tracked through to completionRegular team check-ins to surface blockers and keep delivery on trackBriefing the team on incoming work and preparing supporting materials such as decks and briefsSupport financial admin for the account, including monthly forecasting and invoicingLooking for ways to improve processes,



workflows and ways of working so the account becomes more efficient and predictable over timeWe value demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas:Project or delivery coordination in an agency, consultancy, or client-services environmentCapacity planning and resourcing across a team or accountWorking across Jira or similar ticketing/workflow toolsManaging forecasting, budgets, or invoicing for a client accountCoordinating across multiple stakeholders, including external partners or agenciesWorking within fast-paced, ambiguous, or evolving account structuresWhat you'll bringYou're organised by nature, you build and maintain the systems that keep a busy account under controlYou're calm under pressure and solution-first: when something breaks, your instinct is to find a way through, not sit with the problemYou communicate confidently across technical and non-technical audiencesYou're proactive rather than reactive, you don't wait to be told something's yours to solveYou can juggle a lot of moving parts without losing sight of what matters mostYou have the instinct to know when to push back on a client and when to flex, and the confidence to do eitherYou're curious about how things could work better and actively look for opportunities to make delivery simpler, clearer and more effectiveThe consultant we valueWe value talent who put our clients first - always - with humility, sharp intellect,
