About the Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Key Account Support qualified to join our Wholesale Partnerships team in Queensland.
Reporting to the National Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting major customer accounts, driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service and helping unlock profitable growth opportunities.

In this Role
Support major customer accounts and contribute to sales growth initiativesManage service-related activities including stock issues, allocations, pricing and claimsAssist with sales planning, forecasting and promotional executionProduce reporting and insights to support commercial decision-makingCoordinate customer meetings, reviews and business planning activitiesAnalyse sales performance and identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer plansSupport trade shows, conferences and business development activities
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in FMCG, retail, convenience or customer-facing sales rolesStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailStrong data analysis and problem-solving abilitiesIntermediate to Advanced Excel capabilityExperience with Microsoft Office and CRM platformsA collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environmentsA proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer outcomes
