A growing alternative asset manager is seeking an Investment Finance Associate to join its real estate investment team.Working closely with senior investment professionals, you will support the financial performance and reporting of a portfolio of large, complex real estate assets.
The role combines commercial finance, investment analysis and exposure to acquisitions and strategic asset initiatives.Key responsibilities:Maintain asset and investment financial modelsPrepare budgets, forecasts and performance analysisDeliver monthly and quarterly investment reportingAnalyse cash flows, returns and key financial driversSupport acquisitions, valuations and refinancing activityAssist with investment papers and senior presentationsPartner with investment,



finance and asset management teamsAbout you:Three to six years of relevant analytical or finance experienceBackground in commercial finance, FP&A;, transaction services, funds management, investment analysis or Big Four advisoryStrong Excel, financial modelling and reporting skillsCommercial mindset with excellent attention to detailCA, CPA or CFA qualifications are advantageous but not essentialProperty experience is beneficial but not requiredThis is an excellent prospect to join a growing investment platform, work with experienced senior professionals and gain exposure to complex real estate investments and transactions.
