Flagstaff Hill Golf Club is seeking an organized, energetic, and commercially minded Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily running of our clubhouse and bar.
This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional service while driving revenue growth and strengthening the club's position in the local markets.Key responsibilitiesOverseeing all clubhouse and bar operations to the highest standardTaking full autonomy over the drinks menu, including selection, pricing, and promotionLeading, mentoring, and developing frontline staffMaintaining exceptional standards of customer service and venue presentationManaging stock control, ordering, POS systems, and all compliance requirementsHosting corporate events, golf days, and private functionsActively growing business relationships with local businesses and corporate clients to increase venue hire, event bookings, and overall revenueWorking collaboratively with management to improve systems, processes, and communicationBudgeting, rostering, operational planning, and performance reporting,
