The position therefore includes teaching, pastoral and co-curricular responsibilities, with some out-of-hours commitments across the School calendar.About YouStrong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging Drama programs across Years 7–10A demonstrated capacity to teach students across a broad range of ages, abilities and learning needsThe ability to create an inclusive and supportive environment in which students feel confident to perform, experiment and growEffective use of assessment, feedback and student data to advance learningA genuine commitment to pastoral care, co-curricular engagement and the broader life of the SchoolExcellent written and spoken English,
