This team-oriented mindset helps us simplify complexity, manage risk well and continuously improve how we serve our customers.In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Corporate & Institutional Bank, aswe strengthen our focuson customer obsession & keeping it simple.You'll make an impact each day by:Structuring transactions and preparing clear, high-quality credit submissions, incorporating financial analysis, financial modelling, due diligence and legal reviews, and recommendations to senior stakeholdersManaging a portfolio of customers including monitoring compliance and hygiene requirements accurately and within agreed timeframesCoordinating with Client Coverage, Product Partners, Credit and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experienceSecondary expectations include supporting simplification and process improvements through analysis, testing, tools, templates, communications and trainingCoaching graduates, Associates and NAB India colleagues to strengthen capability and delivery consistencyYou'll bring to this role:Essential: Credit analysis, financial analysis, written communication, stakeholder management portfolio management, and proven experience in writing credit submissions, annual reviews and client information papers clearly and succinctly.Desirable: financial modelling, transaction structuring,



legal documentation, process improvement and coaching.
