Reporting to the FP&A; Leader, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis and management reporting across the organisation.
Working with stakeholders throughout finance, asset management, property, funds management and corporate functions, you will help turn complex financial information into practical insights that support sound decision-making.This is a broad FP&A; role offering exposure to senior leaders, Board and investor-related reporting, alongside the opportunity to improve the systems, models and processes that underpin financial planning and performance.What you will be responsible forIn this role, you will:Support the annual budgeting, reforecasting and long-range planning processes, including financial modelling, assumptions, stakeholder inputs and consolidationPrepare and review monthly management reporting packs, analysis and commentaryAnalyse actual and forecast performance, explain variances and identify key business drivers, risks and opportunitiesPartner with stakeholders across the organisation to support planning, performance discussions and financial decision-makingAssist with analysis, reporting and presentations for executive, Board and investor-related requirementsLead practical improvements to FP&A; models, reporting tools,
data quality and processesIdentify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting and improve consistency across the organisationAbout youYou are an experienced finance professional who combines strong technical capability with commercial judgement and clear communication skills.
You are comfortable working with detailed financial information, but equally capable of stepping back, identifying what matters and explaining it to non-finance stakeholders.You will have the followingCA, CPA or an equivalent professional finance qualificationA bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, finance, economics or a related disciplineAt least five years' experience across FP&A;, financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecastingStrong financial modelling, analytical and commercial skillsAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systemsExperience improving reporting tools, dashboards or planning modelsThe ability to manage competing priorities and work independentlyA curious and improvement-focused mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing processes constructivelyExperience within a listed company, property, funds management or A-REIT environment will be highly regarded.About GrowthpointGrowthpoint Properties Australia is an ASX-listed real estate investment trust focused on office, industrial and retail assets.
