Our mission is to equip our students with the skills and qualifications needed to thrive in today's competitive job market.We are seeking an experienced Industry Engagement Manager to drive growth across apprenticeships, traineeships and Industry funded training programs throughout Queensland.About the RoleReporting to the RTO Business and Growth Manager, you'll be the face of ATTC in industry, identifying opportunities, building partnerships and converting relationships into measurable growth outcomes across apprenticeships, traineeships and industry training programs.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with employers and industry stakeholders across QueenslandRepresent ATTC at industry events, forums and networking opportunitiesGrow apprenticeship and traineeship enrolmentsDevelop referral partnerships with GTOs, industry associations and workforce development organisationsProvide market intelligence and industry insights to support ATTC's growth strategyWork closely with Operations,



Marketing and Business Growth teams to deliver sustainable outcomesAchieve set sales targets and KPIsAbout YouYou are a natural relationship builder with experience in:Industry engagement, business development, partnerships or account managementConstruction, workforce development, apprenticeships, training or related industriesBuilding stakeholder relationships that deliover commercial outcomesEngaging confidently with employers, industry associations and government stakeholdersExisting networks within construction, training, apprenticeship of skills sectors will be highly regarded.Why Join Us?
