You're going to help us create seamless operations that result in efficiency for millions of customers.In this role, you'll: Join a high performing team to deliver application support services, Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, coordinate vendor and stakeholder engagement, contribute to application enhancements and testing activities, and drive continuous service improvement.
Your technical acumen, customer focus, and problem-solving capability, gained across application support, IT operations, service management, or enterprise technology environments, will see you excel in diagnosing root causes, navigating competing priorities, and delivering effective solutions.This is a temporary chance until 31/12/2027 based in Burwood.
