This is a great chance to grow your career in the operating real estate sector, working across projects from concept and development through to world-class operating assets.Day-to-day you will be (but not limited to):Owning the group month-end close and consolidation process, including detailed review of P&L; and balance sheet reconciliationsLeading production of all financial reporting obligations, including internal, statutory and investor reportingManaging quarterly distributions and cash flow forecasting, and working with Treasury on debt,



hedge and interest positionsDeveloping and mentoring the finance team, and business partnering across operations, legal, marketing and corporate financeLeading year-end audit processes and liaising with external auditors, tax advisors and investorsDriving continuous improvement across reporting, automation and finance processesWHAT YOU'LL BRINGProfessionally qualified (CA/CPA) accountant10+ years' post-qualification experience, ideally having started in a chartered firmExperience working in the property funds management sector is essentialStrong experience in financial accounting, month-end close and finance ledger systemsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau will be advantageousStrong team management and talent development experienceA self-starter mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to see the big pictureWHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?
