Where no two days arethe same.Your roleYou will be responsible for leading and growing Capgemini Engineering's Sydney-based Embedded Electronics capability.Lead, mentor and develop Sydney's Embedded Electronics capability, including Electronics, Embedded Firmware and Systems Engineering disciplinesDrive technical excellence and continuous improvement across the capabilityManage team utilisation, resource planning and forecasting to support delivery objectivesWork closely with project managers and technical leaders to align engineering resources with project requirementsProvide technical leadership and governance across new product development programsGuide technical decision‐making, architecture development and design review activitiesSupport delivery teams in managing technical risks and resolving complex engineering challengesPromote engineering best practice across electronics, embedded firmware and systems developmentSupport multidisciplinary product development programs involving electronics, firmware, software, mechanical engineering and industrial designContribute to project planning, estimation and delivery execution activitiesSupport project delivery performance through effective risk management and resource allocationAssist with preparation of proposals, statements of work,
