From managing administration tasks, front desk duties and to supporting a team of specialists, you'll be part of a close-knit team that works together to make sure every detail is taken care of.Duties and Responsibilities include:Answer incoming calls in a timely, proficient, and friendly manner, ensure correct processes are followed relating to taking messages and assisting with patient enquiresAttend to patients and visitors at the Reception desk, directing visitors and handling all enquires with professionalism, efficiency, and compassionSchedule all necessary appointmentsRecord management, data entry and database managementProvide timely and accurate documentation related to patient's needsAccount management - processing payments, receipting and daily bankingSkills & Experience requiredYou have a calm,
