Join Serco Defence and build practical maritime skills while contributing to the protected delivery of marine services supporting Defence.
As part of your two-year traineeship, you'll learn alongside experienced maritime professionals and develop capability across vessel operations, seamanship, maintenance and marine engineering.
You'll work towards achieving, at minimum, your Master
