As a Support Worker, you'll provide practical and personal support that helps our clients maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.Providing personal care and mobility assistancePreparing meals and providing domestic supportAccompanying clients shopping or on community outingsProviding transport to appointments, with kilometres paidSupporting clients to remain socially connectedEncouraging clients to achieve their personal goalsBuilding positive,



respectful relationships with clients and their familiesWorking closely with the care team to deliver safe, high-quality supportIt could be helping someone get ready for the day, preparing their favourite meal, taking them shopping or simply having a conversation over a cup of tea.Desired Skills and ExperienceIt's the everyday moments that make a real difference.Is this you?
We're looking for people who are compassionate, reliable and genuinely enjoy working with older people.You'll need:Availability Monday–Friday between 8am–4pmCertificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Community)Previous experience in community or aged care supportA warm, respectful and relationship-focused approachThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA current Australian Driver's LicenceA reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicleCurrent First Aid & CPRNational Police Check, or willingness to obtain one through BallyCaraCOVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations are highly recommended.Why BallyCara?
