You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships while ensuring efficient resolution of customer needs and accurate processing of orders.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Respond to inbound customer and supplier enquiries in a timely and skilled mannerProcess sales orders accurately through internal systemsAssist customers with product availability, pricing, delivery enquiries, order status updates and product informationInvestigate and resolve customer issues,
escalating complex matters to Team Leaders when requiredProactively promote Wesfarmers Health products and services where appropriateSupport the Sales team with customer service enquiries and account-related assistanceMaintain accurate records and data entry across customer interactionsWhat you'll bring:Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environmentExperience within retail, pharmacy, healthcare or pharmaceutical industries will be highly regardedOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional and confident telephone mannerStrong computer literacy and accurate data entry skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong teamwork skills and a collaborative approachA customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering service excellenceCert IV in Customer Service ContactWhy us?
